In a move that likely secured her status as the favorite among six siblings, Sarah began her career in the financial services industry alongside her father, Mike Zorio. She was fortunate to learn from both him and his longtime colleague, Debbie Lewis, who each ran their own successful practices.
While in college, Sarah worked for her father and Debbie, gaining hands-on experience and a strong understanding of their clients and shared approach to business. She became a licensed and registered agent in 2014. With a bachelor’s degree in psychology, Sarah is especially interested in the emotions behind financial decisions.
After more than 40 years with New York Life, Mike retired in 2021, and his clients transitioned to Debbie’s leadership. Today, Sarah provides high-level support to Debbie, whose calm and steadfast leadership gives her clients confidence and peace of mind. Alongside a dedicated support team, they focus on thoughtful planning and taking great care of the people they serve.
Sarah met her wonderfully patient husband at New York Life and is thoroughly outnumbered by three daughters and two mostly cute cats. Together, they escape to the water whenever possible.
